They told me and my mom to come back in 3 days, we did then they said they can’t and come back another 3 days then the other 3 days and they said the same thing. And it’s repeat, don’t buy from this place the workers are super lazy

Yesterday I visited the store and the girl named Lilianne and the manager Alexander helped me. It's been a long time since I felt so well cared for. I was 100% satisfied. I highly recommend the store. They are very professional and try to help you with everything.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Metro PCS store located at 910 NE 62nd St, Oakland Park, FL 33334.
During my recent visit, I encountered several issues that reflect poorly on the quality of service provided at this location:
1. Unhelpful Staff: When I walked in without needing additional products or services, the staff seemed uninterested and unmotivated to assist me. Their attitude drastically changed compared to how they treat customers who may buy additional items.
2. Lack of Basic Assistance: When I explained my issue with my account not being activated, the staff refused to provide simple support, such as calling customer service on my behalf or guiding me through the process. This lack of effort and unwillingness to help was extremely frustrating.
3. Upselling Priority: It felt as though the team was more focused on selling products rather than addressing existing customers' concerns, which is not acceptable for a service-based business.

The staff there is extremely knowledgeable extremely friendly and they really made answering my questions about certain phones and the plans that are available a lot easier to understand would definitely revisit this place in the future

Employee Sandy was super helpful today! She was polite and composed and confident in everything she did. I had a fairly long transaction to execute and she never rushed or got frustrated. A true professional. This store is LUCKY to have Sandy! Thank you

The two workers at the store (the day of this review) were told to dispose a swollen battery in the trashcan should I find very horrible since that causes more of a hazard and it isn't safe to do. What kind of workers would tell there consumers to dispose an explosive item in the trash can. Not coming back that's super unprofessional and absolutely dangerous
