“I’ll try to make a long story short… 4 years ago I had t-Mobile and I loved their customer service but their service absolutely sucked. Dropped calls constantly. Went to Verizon and the service was good (no more dropped calls) but their customer service is horrible plus the prices insanely high. Back to T-Mobile because they promised me they FINALLY got good service. And THEY DID!!!!! Almost one year now and my service is great! No dropped calls and great customer service ESPECIALLY from our guy Geo Vilsaint in the Oakland Park office. No matter what, he always replies to me and helps me get refunds, credits and new phones. 5 star rep.”
