Brought my cat in he told me he had a uti and diabetes. We treated the uti it was time to do diabetics treatment and I’m scared to use needles so I look up other ways he tells me I’m not a Dr and doesn’t have time to explain so tells me to see another vet.

Kind and caring staff. Vet techs made themselves available to answer small questions over the phone free of charge. VERY long wait times. On average it was about 2 hours for a scheduled wellness checkup. An affordable pet wellness plan was offered to avoid pet insurance but then was discontinued. My last few visits I walked away feeling like the vet was trying to upsell me on ointments, probiotics, or vitamins even though I had already purchased some of the items in previous visits.

I MET DR.RATNOFF IN A VERY SAD SITUATION WHERE I HAD TO PUT DOWN MY PUPPY AFTER HOURS, YEARS AGO. HE WAS VERY CARING AND COMPASSIONATE. WE DECIDED TO HAVE HIM BE OUR VET SINCE, THIS HAS BEEN OVER 10 YEARS NOW. I FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH HIM AND HIS STAFF. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM 1000000%. LULU APPRECAITES ALL THE HARD WORK AND SHE IS 15 NOW!

Wonderful veterinary hospital! They are caring and experienced professionals. Very reasonable pricing, too. Just marvelous, I feel lucky to have found them! A special note to both Lory and Dr. Grabowski... they are awesome!!

Always a good experience!! Dr. Ratnoff gives the best advice, and recommendations. The staff is amazing and so caring as well. My boys love Dr. Ratnoff and the staff so much, that I feel so comfortable and happy it just melts my heart how they all treat them like there own!! Thank you all for making my baby Gizmo feel so much better.

If you're in the central to East Broward region and you have your little furry friend that needs help you need to be headed to this hospital. The staff is extremely experienced, usually one or more. Doctors are on duty and they've pretty much seen it all. They will treat and respond to your pet as is if it is their own! If you need competency along with caring and you need help right away, this is where you need to be going! Our pets are no different than any loved member of our family and they deserve the best so wondering where to go should not be an issue. Possibly if your pet doesn't need help right now and you're on with the hospital you might want to stop in check it's convenient location and meet some of the staff so next time something comes up that's really important. You already have your plan in place and you feel confident you're doing the right thing.

It's so rare to hand out 5 star reviews in South Florida, but this is one of the best vets I've ever been to. I've taken my puppy there twice, and both times they seem to really care. Laurie is an exceptional owner who gives so much love to her business. Grabowski and Ratnoff are amazing doctors that put you at ease. Full of knowledge and spends lots of time making sure you're aware of what you're being told. Ratnoff even brought a text book for me to understand what I was dealing with and to know he was 100% aware of his trade. Grabowski brings that extra love. I really appreciate all your hard work. They're pretty clean, and they show love to all. I forgot the receptionists name but she has a 220lb Pitt, I believe. Wish I met him haha. She's the best! Great customer service. She brings the entire place a very warm and welcoming feel as if you'd been friends with her for years. So does Laurie. This stranger is proud of you. See you for another checkup, soon!

I took my small chihuahua because she wasn’t behaving as normal and I thought she might have ate something. They gave me an estimate for more than $700 dollars for blood tests, multiple x-rays, fecal exams and even heart worms. Things that were recommended but not really needed towards my true concern. I asked to do only one blood test, but they said the three tests were required. Then I asked to do only one X-ray, but they said the repeats were also required. I just feel like they were trying to sell me things that I don’t needed to increase their revenue.

Great place! They are very nice and thorough. They actually care about the animals that come through their door. I trust my puppy in their care.
