Pretty Disappointed with Mike's behavior and not surprised that he's no longer in business... I have been a customer of his for years. I returned a part to him and his son Josh. I was told that they would apply the return as a return credit for other items and did everything they could to not issue me a refund for the part (I even offered to pay a restocking fee to get refunded).... I followed up with them for over a year regarding my credit and come to find out now he is out of business and I wont be getting my $300 back... Not a great way to do business, but I guess he cares even less about his reputation now that he's retired.
