This is a great store. It's always stocked. I really like that they have a variety of cat products. I assume the same must be true if dog food products. There are multiple aisles. Not just regular food, they have organic, special diet, adult and times ten. Sometimes I do order cat food online. But most of the time I go in person just because I like the store. I've also had numerous employees stop what they are doing and ask if I needed help. Or just give me advice. One guy I particular stopped me from buying something that would have been harmful to my kittens. It was like a catnip ball they pick. He told me it's not for kittens. For that I really extra appreciate this store. That kept my kittens safe and probably prevented a vet bill.

This petco did not have good customer service I recently took my dogs to get there vaccines I only got one dog to get the vaccines and other dog is aggressive so they gave me some capsules for my dog to clam down the anxiety so he doesn’t bite anyone so we booked the appointment for the following day, so the next day we called because we were going to get there a little bit late due to work and traffic they told me no if I don’t get there at the time the appointment is then they won’t do the vaccine or the exams so now I have my dog that is literally so tense He looks like he’s sick and this is gonna last until tomorrow. He doesn’t even get out the room and that is not the way you do your job or maybe they just don’t want to work . The place closes at 6:00pm and we’re going to get there at 40 minutes before. And the other reason why I’m giving this just one star is because my other dog did get the vaccine but they actually had a lot of attitude the whole time we were asking them questions and they would respond back like they know everything and that it’s this way and only this way and they just were not nice this is definitely a way to lose a customer.
