Bethany and Lucas reminded me of a couple of the sales reps at the Sobe store that I was a customer of for almost 2-decades. I just moved to the area and met Bethany over the phone and she was enchanting. Doubly so when I met in person and equally so was Lucas. It was a warm welcome.

After calling I sent this email to Petco - I received a $50 Petco gift card for Christmas 2023. The beginning of Jan 2024 I ordered 4 bags of seed for my parrot. Order # 126311****32764. I received an email saying it would be delayed. That made sense since maybe it was coming from a area that had been hit by the bad weather. Then an email saying 1 cancelled. Another email saying a refund on an E card ? Then an email saying will ship 2 bags and ship 1 bag. So then a shipping charge was added. I ordered 4 bags to prevent the shipping charge. It is not me who requested the order be split up and 1bag cancelled. I called 877 738-**** and spoke to I believe Felicia and she was not really helpful. She would not credit the shipping charge. I asked her to CANCEL any orders as i do not want anything from Petco. The solution is: I need the amount of the order refunded in a gift card and sent to me - I will be donating to a Pet Rescue as I will not shop at Petco again. I will also be going on Yelp as I believe Petco can do better. I did request a supervisor but no one was available but would call back. I did not leave a request for that to happen as I didn't think I would hear from anyone. I can be reached at 954 696-**** by text or email pepenotoes@***.com or nanbetinfl@***.net. I believe there is room for improvement in Michael's customer service skills. I recently encountered an issue at the register related to a coupon promotion for buying 6 or more pet food items. While Michael may not have been as welcoming as I had hoped, the main concern arose when he explained that the coupon didn't apply due to the canned food's price being lower than the coupon value.I politely questioned this, as the coupon did not specify any restrictions. However, Michael responded that he doesn't create the coupons and suggested reaching out to the marketing team for any concerns.In the spirit of fostering a positive customer experience, I encourage Michael to embrace his role with enthusiasm and address concerns in a more customer-friendly manner. If customer service isn't his passion, exploring other job opportunities might be worth considering for personal satisfaction and improved customer interactions.

I love this store! Every time I go there I have such an easy experience and its always a treat I get to bring my dog yuna with me.Today was a great example of just how much this store is always there with the best customer experience and I wanted to show appreciation to Adriana for helping me out.My dog yuna was placed on prescription medication that we purchased through her vet the first time. The second time around I thought the process would be simple purchased through one of the pet stores in the area.I had issues every step of the way today trying to order this new prescription dog food. I was not able to order it online through multiple pet chains or purchase it in person due to issues with the pharmacies getting ahold of the prescription from my vet.For some reason, when I initially tried to order online through petco it had said unavailable for pick up. Thankfully after exhausting all options, I tried again and just set it up for delivery. That is when I got the notification that it was in fact not eligible for delivery but available same day in store! I immediately placed the order and petco contacted my vets office just in time! but I was still unsure and a little anxious so I called the store and Adriana was so helpful in not only reassuring me that they did have the food in stock but also brought it up to the counter so I can go ahead and pick up it up.When I got to the store Adriana was the person who helped me at the register and was so kind and bright! I know she doesn't know this but it had just been A DAY and nothing was going right trying to get this food and what was supposed to be a simple task became a difficult task.She was just that reassuring voice/person and sense of relief at the other end of the line after a really crazy experience. So I wanted to say thank you for the quality customer service and thank you to the store for having that food in stock because it is not any easy food to get.and thank you to Taurean for being kind and providing me with his teammembers name so I could leave this review.
