I feel very fortunate to have chosen this company, and especially this location - although my physical residence has changed a few times since being in FTL, Kendra and Natasha have been fixtures here for long enough to know that they are great representatives of the brand. Both have OUTSTANDING Customer Service skills [YES, THAT IS ACTUALLY A THING, PEOPLE!🙄], they make a great team, each knowing what the other is covering, always.

Jenny was fantastic! I rented a unit that was too small and she patiently found we a correct sized unit and walked me to the actual unit to ensure it met my needs. Having someone take the time to physically walk me to the unit and show me how the app works and lock’s function was so nice in this Florida heat. Great customer service!!

The worst , the first unit I was away and they called me that I was robbed almost causing me a nerveous breakdown when I ran over there it was a mistake , I rented a bigger unit last month , they never gave me the climates control gate code , the door was always open , so starting yesterday is closed and I did not have access because of the negligence again , the management is horrible don’t rent from this storage I’m Oakland

We had a wonderful experience renting a space. Roseanne was fabulous in helping us rent just what we needed. Shay also assisted. Both could not be nicer or more helpful.

The place is clean and well kept. My rent - over the course of 2 years went from roughly $160 to $305 for a 5x10 unit. I finally cleared my stuff out because of the cost. I scheduled a move out for 7/12 and received a confirmation email. I waited until 9:15 for office staff to arrive. No one came. I called the main number and found out they no longer have office staff. I was going to just remove the lock and take pictures but the system was down and no one could go beyond the first gate. WHAT A MESS
