There is no discount offer today, it is false. Do not publish fake news because it lends itself to dark conditions, and it is never and never possible to keep up with men's shoes size 8 or are there almost never quality ones? ???? . At 9:18am, there was nothing and according to employees it is your lie. ????

The security guard here is racist.. I am Asian. I come here often to buy household items. And today I had a situation where the security guard followed after me the whole time i was there and he thought I was a thief.Or does he think I don't have money to buy the items here? He stood guard over me while I was choosing my personal items, from one section to another section until I got to the checkout counter. Since I come here often, the cashier knows me and I asked him why that black guy followed me.And after talking to the cashier and the store manager, showed them my belonging, I didn't get a proper apology. I felt humiliated. Will never come back here again. I have been buying items here for 3 years and this is the last time.

this Ross sucks theres barely any cloth for juniors no shoes in my size and checking out was a two process I went to the self checkout but then you realize you have the security tags on them so you pay for your items and then go on another line to take them off what a waste of my time should have just gotten to the regular line it would have bein faster MARSHALLS WAY BETTER THEN Ross dept store never again going here

I've been buying at Ross' for many years ( over 15) I visited the store located at 921 E Commercial Blvd yesterday and was super disappointed by the stench that "welcomes" you to the store, I think the poor quality of the garments gives the smell to the store. Very disappointed indeed, as you walk away from the clothes towards the back of the store the smell gradually fades. Will Try other locations and will let you know.

Today I went shopping at this Store, as I have gone on several occasions, and I was accompanied by my friend who is expecting her baby at 37 weeks pregnant and when she arrived she needed to use the bathroom. The lady who attends to the bathroom is a super rude inhuman. She started to organize clothes and spent almost 10 minutes organizing clothes instead of opening the bathroom door for my friend and when I went to see why it was taking so long, she told me that the lady took a while to arrive. I opened the door for her and when I went to ask her why she had such an arrogant attitude, she told me that people leave their clothes and she has to hang them up and I responded but you don't see that she is pregnant because you didn't attend to her quickly, she made some excuses Well, one less client for you, I don't know why you hire such poorly educated people who don't have the true capacity for those positions.

The store was clean, but the reason for my 2 star rating is the staff's unpleasant & unwelcoming demeanor. When I walked in, there was a lady who greeted me politely, I advised that I have an item to return, and she pointed me towards the return. This is where I encountered Danesca (I'm sure I'm spelling it wrong), who appeared annoyed to be at work. She offered no greeting, answered my question with the same annoyed tone, and then handed me my receipt without so much of a "have a nice day" - nothing. Of course, I didn't take it personally because I don't know her. I picked up a few things and decided that since Danesca was the only cashier open, I'd go over to self check out. There, I encountered Loss Prevention Patricia. I've never used Ross' self checkout, so I asked how do I remove the beige plastic clip things, and Patricia responded, in an annoyed tone, "I take those off." So I asked, "So do I bag everything here, then unbag them with you so you can take off the clips?" She said,"I can bag them too, " again in an annoyed tone. I thought about just walking out and leaving everything where they were, but then I remembered that my kid needed clothes. At least at the end of the transaction, Patricia wished me a good day. I am a believer that the people make the place. If you're looking for pleasant customer service from all/most of the staff, this is not the place, but the prices are good. Maybe the managers should schedule to keep the annoyed staff in the stock room and put the ones willing to be pleasant with the customers up front. I went to another store on the plaza and the staff there was polite and friendly.
