Denying garlic sauce to a frequent customer shows a complete lack of consideration and efficiency on Rosa's part. I am a regular customer who always buys gas, washes his car and makes other purchases at this place, but this time they let me down. I bought an empanada and asked for garlic sauce, but Rosa denied it saying that the empanada was already 'complete'. This reflects not only a lack of flexibility, but also inefficient and insensitive customer service. I would recommend training the staff, especially Rosa, to be more empathetic and offer additional options that meet customer preferences. Small actions like this make a difference and show if they really value our loyalty.

I paid for gas on my card inside and the next day was notified of an open pending charge on my acct therefore have a completed and a pending charge on ONE transaction and it seems no one is able to resolve….be careful getting gas using a card this station will double charge

We needed gas and so we stopped here and realized it was $2.00 more than other gas stations. It still is. Do not get your gas there.

My friend had a Shell gas card and was having a hard time finding a "legitimate" Shell gas station. He says he'd already been to 2 branches and the Indian owners have told him that those gas stations are no longer "Shell". So I tried to help him find a legit Shell gas station and found this branch. His gas card worked and he was happy about it! ?

The guys who wash your car does an amazing job. However , I swiped my card to pay for the car wash. They say their system shut down immediately after I paid. So I would not be charged. So I paid with cash to aviod conflict.Well that was a double payment! Pay with CASH at this place.

This is typical Shell station with gas prices about average for the area, but the surprise is when I walked into the convenience store and I saw their food offerings, they had guava pastries, empanadas ($2 each), Jamaican patties, sandwiches and much more...The one issue I had here was that I ordered a beef empanada and a guava pastry...only to be given a Spinach empanada and a guava pastry. I am not crazy about vegetarian empanadas, so I did not enjoy mine...but the guava pastry was really nice (I reheated at home in my toaster oven). The staff inside is of Hispanic background, so their offerings focus on that type of cuisine. The grocery offerings are limited, only about two small aisles that offer wine, beer, cold drinks, cookies, snacks, etc.
