The hours posted on the door and online are not accurate.
I and a few others showed up 10 minutes before closing and the door was locked and they were cleaning up inside.

Today I came for the first time, they treated me reluctantly, it seems that I was ordering a gift or it was a ghost. They have no education, neither when you enter nor when you leave. I should give the camera of the century a customer service talk.

ENRIQUE is great! Answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed, explained in detail what I needed to know, and escorted me to find what I need. OTHER SHOPS NEED PEOPLE LIKE THIS!

I was driving by the area and I noticed the store in a strip mall. I remembered that I needed to get some strong bond adhesive and some sandpaper for a few small projects I had in the condo. I walked in and I was very pleased to see how clean, roomy and well organized this store was. There was a gentleman working behind the main counter, who asked me if I needed any help. I told him that I was just looking for a few things, I was ok...thank you.....Sure enough, I found the adhesive and the sandpaper section fairly quickly and I got what I needed in a matter of seconds....It does make a difference when you go to a store where everything is well marked, laid out and organized.The Sherwin-Williams company, founded in 1866 has more than 4,800 stores in the Americas and over 60,000 employees worldwide that provide the customers with assistance on anything related to paint and small home projects. It was an easy shopping experience.

Terrible customer service. I took a large container in to have them shake it up because it’s been sitting for several months and they refused to shake it because it wasn’t full. I won’t ever buy paint from Sherwin-Williams again what kind of a ridiculous moronic policy is it not to shake up paint that’s been used? That’s the whole idea of saving your paint so you can reuse it.Sherwin-Williams actually another Sherwin-Williams said that they would do it so this guy was just lazy. His name is Raul. He just didn’t want do the work.

It’s Candyce and Tim with Parkhaus. This review is so special to me because I have developed such a great relationship with this location. Cody, Kevin, Sam and Fernando and the other staff I’ve had the pleasure of working with have gone above and beyond. I’m on my husbands profile but as a woman owning my own business I’ve been treated with such respect. The level of customer service at this location is fantastic. So happy to call this location my home store.

The service was impeccable, I only had some small paint chips from trying to fix big holes left after taking the curtains down, they tried very hard to match and redid it until the color was a perfect match. Respectful, friendly and courteous staff here, strongly recommend this place, and I know I will be back!
