Attention all car owners! Beware of the car wash! On February 23, 2023, around 9am, I had a truly horrible experience. Not only did their machines not work properly, but they also broke my tire air valve. Despite being told to email customer service, I have yet to receive a response. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place at all. Keep your cars safe and avoid this car wash at all

Good for small and medium sized cars, not large ones, they get scratched. They should have something less aggressive with the paints

Pay alot of money for car wash and my car is never clean, 4 months later I tried them again. Not only was my car still dirty but the girl working there starts screaming and yelling at me while I was in my car. Then when I get out of my car to talk to her she is still screwing at me. I told her just because your having a bad day don't take it out on me. She then proceeds to tell me she spoke to manager and was told not to rewash my car but if I don't leave they will call police on me. So not only am I out of $27.00, but I still have a dirty car. Worst customer service ever. Didn't even get to vacuum or clean anything. All I got for $27.00 WAS ADDITUDE AND A BAD CAR Wash.
