My experience with Carl / The Oasis firm was a terrible nightmare experience.- His reviews are not a good reflection of his work - His reviews are based on pre-service price discount (i.e if you give me a good reviews on my 5 virtual offices, you ll get a discount before you even work with him)- They are money hungry - in order to speak to Carl it’s $75/ half hour- Customer service is 0/10 - You are only to speak with his assistant with a strong Philippines accent.- Him and I were exchanging lonnng emails for over 6 days over an issue that he could have solved in a less than a five mns call.This man Carl / The Oasis firm is terrible. My experience with him was a terrible nightmare. Run away from this guy before he steals your money like he did to me. I wouldn’t ever work with them again, so shouldn’t you.

From the first phone call with Carl i was assured i picked the right firm. Always very informative and patience i was always kept up to date to get my credit back right on track. Very kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful . I would encourage other people to seek out Oasis firm if they need help with their credit issues .

This was my worst experience ever since I’ve been doing my taxes. This company doesn’t meet any standards when it comes to professionalism and customer service. Dude just want to submit your taxes which guarantee him his bread then forget about the customer for any type of follow up. It’s been more than a month last time I spoke to dude is the day my tax was submitted charged me $700 to just submit my tax. I’d never recommend anybody to file their taxes with “The Oasis Firm Tax Services and Credit Repair” #trustme2. If you want I can show proof of everything that I mentioned in this review. It's funny how fast you respond to my honest review on google but, yet I'm still waiting on you to call me to figure out why is my tax hasn't been approved yet?I had to contact irs myself and find out that the original amount that you have in the PDF docs you sent me was never approved instead you ended up getting 36% of my tax return as a payment like if you helped me work paying these taxes. Never again, I hope nobody else fall into that trap. Stop asking me to give you good review on google...#scammers
