I’ve been using the store for years for all my Shipping needs. In regard to the reviews for a rude associate I believe that person no longer works there. It’s now under new ownership and they seem to be doing a great job.

I used the services of this store to have my fingerprints taken and sent to the DBPR. Unfortunately, they were never sent, and I’ve tried to resolve this issue, but the employees tell me that only the owner has access to this and that they can’t put me in contact with him. He scheduled two appointments with me at the location, and I arrived on time, but the owner was not there. He wastes my time and does not take responsibility for his mistakes. Do not use this store for this service.

I am a 10 min walk from this store and I went to print out two small pieces of paper (regular sized) for my dmv appointment. Usually in the past it would be like 20-50 cents a page right?
Imagine my surprise when after handing 2$ and saying keep the change, the worker Eliezer says its 4.07$. For two small, non-colored pieces of paper for my dmv appointment. I am usually scammed a lot as a college student in their odd fees, but this one to me was wild lol. Check on the pics I have attached.
I’ll just stick to printing out my stuff at my college or library as a local vs this place. Recession is bad but not 4.07$ for two pieces of regular sized paper.

came here at 12:05 (along with 4 other customers outside while waiting to find the location closed when the hours on the window and Google says on Open door at 10:00am in tell 4pm on Saturdays. It’s such an inconvenience to drive there and whoever was working just decides to leave early and there’s no one else to cover the shift. Please do better!

I absolutely will drive out of my way for this UPS location. There is a gentleman The only one who's working on shift today, who is there most days when I drop off packages. He is always so kind so knowledgeable and his customer service is just absolutely top notch. I have a UPS store near my house and I literally make sure I stop here on my way to work instead because of his service. I hope his supervisor sees this and acknowledges his hard work and the fact that he represents UPS store with absolute the best effort he can.
