I’m waiting in a line 7 deep while dropping this review and the ONLY worker is taking care of customer that has over 50 packages. When asked “will you be getting any help soon” she said “NOPE, everyone else is on lunch”. The atmosphere in here is depressing and the oldies station isn’t helping. I don’t know who makes the schedule but, you know your peak hours. This isn’t the first time I’ve come in around the same time with the EXACT same situation. I honestly don’t know what would make this place better….perhaps fixing the hole in the ceiling from water damage that has been there for months or actually staffing the counter appropriately. Time stands still in here, a good place to come if you want your days to move like molasses. SMH.Hoping to get to the front of the line before sunset, luckily the days are longer.

This review is only commenting on me physically going to this Post Office. It will not include any comments about mail forwarding or mail delivery at my home residence. This Post Office is fine. Sometimes the lines are long, but oh well, they're long. I try to go during off hours so I don't run in into any of that. If the parking lot is always clean and easy to park. I find the interior to be well maintained. And the employees treat me fair.

One of if not the worst usps ever had to walk into. Lazy have had multiple packages dropped for Representatives to "look" tell me it's not there, for me to confirm it is, then it's magically found. Happened on multiple occasions ontop of packages not being "found" absolutely ridiculous

This postal service branch is a small one but everybody seems to know everybody and the workers are cordial and pleasant and always helpful. Love coming here.

It’s Saturday at 12:45 PM and they’re not open so obviously they don’t close at 2 PM. I went there to complain about a “MISSING” Poshmark package my wife HANDED TO THE SUBSTITUTE LETTER CARRIER AND HE SAID HE SCANNED THE PACKAGE and, mysteriously, the package was never scanned, didn’t make it into the system and still has not made it into the USPS tacking system three days later! On Monday we will be naming the letter carrier to the Broward Sheriffs office and filing a report for the item to them. Here’s a hint: ALWAYS take your package to the counter, make them scan it in front of you and HET A RECEIPT WITH A LABEL THAT MATCHES YOUR PRE-PRINTED LANEL or your valuable items may “mysterious go missing” as well.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I recently had an extremely frustrating experience at this location. The service I received left much to be desired.Carrier, Cadet, dropped the ball big time. She claimed she was told by someone in my condominium that I no longer lived there. She then took it upon herself to forward all of my mail to an unknown address without question.Unsettled, I arrived at the post office 8/29/2023 hoping for a smooth and efficient resolution. However, my experience was anything but that. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Not only did I have to wait an unreasonably long time, but when it was finally my turn, the supervisor Sherman, appeared uninformed and unable to assist me with my specific needs. He was unresponsive to my questions and seemed annoyed by my requests.I filed a complaint via the USPS website and received a call from Nicole who advised she was the supervisor at this location. She was the epitome of rude. A business is as strong as its weakest link and she definitely holds the title, which is why the rest of the staff is incompetent and discourteous. She blamed me for everything and pretty much told me to handle it myself, then disconnected. Here it is, October 13th, and my issue has yet to be resolved.Additionally, the overall atmosphere of the post office was unwelcoming. There was a lack of clear signage, making it confusing to navigate, and the wait time was intolerable.I hope my feedback can contribute to the improvement of customer service at this post office. I recommended that the staff receive additional training in customer service.I am truly disappointed with my experience and I hope others can have a better experience in the future.

Line was really long as they were under staffed, but it moved quickly! Only one worker (Stacy) was on at that time. And while I was feeling all pissy because of the line when I walked in, I could hear her singing along with the music, and see her smiling, and just being as pleasant as could be with every customer, and my mood just changed instantly around. Once I got to the counter (which was really fast), I told her how she changed my bad mood to a good one. It's people like this that make such a difference in the world, not just a workplace. Her name is Stacy, and I've got to give her props on her proficiency, her personality, and just being a wonderful human being. Thank you, Stacy!

I have been using this particular location for many years. I generally have no problems and everyone has been helpful.

They’re the most professional USPS in the US I swear, lol!I’ve been there twice and I will continue to go them moving forward. The location is quaint but well used. The staff all seem relaxed and emotionally available. I can’t emphasize how important that is in general but especially within a USPS office smh.Thank you for hiring those kind and pleasant people.

The postal delivery people are lazy, rude incompetent people. They constantly mark packages as delivered when they aren’t, mark packages scheduled for pickup as picked up when it’s been sitting outside my apartment door all day and WAS NEVER PICKED UP. The people who work at the post office counter are actually helpful.

Terrible customer service! Specifically the lady who was supposed to help us today. Her name is Virginia. We were next in line, she said next, we walked up... and that's when things started to turn Sour. We told her we needed to send the envelope we were attempting to hand her priority mail. She then raised her voice and said in a very demanding tone, "BEHIND THE PARTITION!" Apparently she wanted us to hand her the envelope through the plastic wall on the counter?!?!?! We attempted to again, hand her the envelope on the side of the plastic wall and she shouted again, "BEHIND THE PARTITION"! And then shouted, "NEXT!" And hand signaled for the person behind us to come forward, thus REFUSING TO SERVE US. Just NASTY!!!! NASTY EXPERIENCE. Thankfully the lady next to her helped us. I believe her name was Francine. From now on we will be going elsewhere for our postal needs. And if management sees this PLEASE do this location (and humanity) a favor and reprimand Virginia for how she treated us.

Apparently don't answer phone calls during posted business hours and have been unable to diagnose why our Mail is being auto-forwarded. This has been going on for a week now and it's getting super old as we are considering only using USPS out of absolute necessity even if it means paying more to bypass it.
