Jerry was awesome. He really knew his stuff and had me in and out and didn’t give me a hard time, even though I walked in well, rolled in, with roller blades like five minutes before closing

Joe and his crew are incredible. Joe transferred my five lines with an excellent plan. The service was outstanding. He provided my family with Individual attention and patience. Ten months into my plan, my phone malfunctioned. I texted Joe, and he got back to me right away. He had it sorted out within 20 minutes with my warranty, saving the day. This is the best customer service I've experienced.

I have been pleasantly please,. Joe B was an amazing technician , after 18 years of business services with Verizon and having poor network service ( I did not have service in front of my house)😡. It took 15 min and a few questions. He fixed my problem of not having proper premier network coverage to 5G. I’m a happy customer 😁

One of the things that’s most difficult for people is to have to go change their phone or go to the cable company lol. But I do have to say going to Verizon and working with Joe one of the account managers there on commercial Boulevard is by far one of the best Employees I’ve ever seen in his industry.
Makes a typically exhausting experience, a pleasant one. Just wanted to thank Joe and do a review as I’m not one to typically post anything. But he definitely deserves recognition.
