Tried calling to transfer my prescription… the tech kept picking up the phone saying “one moment please” and would put me on hold before I could say anything. I waited for a half an hour where she did this to me 5 times, I finally gave up.

Well i don't know what happened to this location. It's gone down hill really bad. Store and parking lot is very dirty. Employees barely speak. Manager doesn't even say hi to the customers. He looks at you. No smile nothing. They need to make major improvements at this location.

I’ve never seen a store take as long as they do to pay for one item, flat out incompetence. Managers just strut around not helping the one cashier and go hide with 15 people in line.

On a previous purchase Walgreens receipt gave me a coupon that clearly reads $5 off your next purchase of $5 or more. On todays visit Sunday at 5 pm I tried to use this coupon to purchase a $5 plus tax item totaling $5.35.. the manager on duty told me I have to purchase something more than $5 for the coupon to work. Right at the counter was a candy bar clearly labeled 1.29. I said add this in. The coupon was now accepted. My problem is this candy bar clearly labeled 1.29 charged me 1.79! Also the manager did not handle this situation correctly.. I was totally in the right and this manager should have manually taken the $5 off without forcing me to buy a candy bar that also rang up the wrong price… Walgreens you are a fraud and this is why I only ever spend money there when something is on sale.. I would never ever spend a penny on any regular price item. Walgreens is a disgraceful fraudulent store

I was in the area and I went to check on some greeting cards and snacks. The store was well lit and looked very organized. I love when they have sales on items like snacks, so I can get name brand chips for a song. The guy checking me out at the register was polite and friendly. Nice place to stop if you are in the Oakland Park area for basic items in the food, beauty or health areas.

Very poor service. They did not know their own machine was broken and it only took 30 minutes to find that out. Employees poorly trained.

Walgreens on the corner of Andrews Avenue and Prospect Road is the greatest one you will ever go to especially if KIM is the Pharmacist and she is the one that assists you. She takes her time with you to fit you in and a chance to answer all of your questions and gives you all of the correct procedures to do everything. She is fantastic and there are no words to describe her. I usually use that Walgreens for all of my needs too and I am glad that KIM and the rest of the staff is great too. The lady working the drive through from 11 to about 1pm time slot, could of started earlier or ended later but she was also fantastic in all of my needs that I needed. I appreciate the time and effort that you gave to me. Thank you again. Dean
