This is the worst pharmacy to deal with
Place an order for next day delivery and it takes 5 days. They are constantly cancelling online order requests and or they don’t have the medications in stock. They also are very very expensive even with insurance they are rude on the phone and do not have decent hours for working people. I will never go here again

The worst service at this pharmacy. I was on hold for over 15 minutes to ask a question. Do not recommend

The pharmacist Asim is a complete jerk. My wife just had surgery two hours ago. He didn't have the correct dosage of the pain meds she was prescribed. After a lot of effort, we were able to get the doctor on the phone after hours. He was willing to send in a new rx. Asim refused to speak with me or the doctor and basically treated me like a drug addict trying to scam them. I wouldn't return to this pharmacy even if it was life or death.

25 mins on hold. Transferred 8 times to be continued on hold. Totally unacceptable. Hire some staff if you’re too busy

EMPATHY 0, COMPASSION 0, HEALTH ATTENTION 0. I am arriving 1 hour or more after the pharmacy closes, with no-one in-person customers. With a prescription for only 6 Azithromycin pills and an ophthalmic ointment that already comes in a ready-made box, the time it takes is just to grab it off the shelves. With a delicate health condition of my eye and they asked me to come and pick them up tomorrow because there are more people waiting and I told them that I don't see anyone else in the pharmacy just me with a delicate condition on my eye that they can even see it and they tell me that there is a list of clients waiting for their medication tomorrow. I'm the only one here at the pharmacy with an emergent situation maybe different than those who could wait for tomorrow and I wonder, how can healthcare providers ask patients to comply with their medications with people like this? Also I wonder, do these people sell medicines or do they sell potatoes? On this shift today (08/26/2024 7:40pm) there are no pharmacists with a vocation here. Just a fruit sellers.

They have one lady to run the register and the managers don't ever help the employees. 20 min trip in and out for one item

We have had prescriptions filled at countless pharmacies over the years. Typically we don't give much thought about the overall experience. It seems like pharmacists and techs have demanding jobs - juggling a lot tasks with little time to take a breath, smile, and engage with the customers on a personal level. Such is not the case at this Walgreens Pharmacy. It is obvious that this is a hard working team - working at a fast pace with a keen eye on doing things the right way. The difference is that this team exudes kindness, concern for the customer, and a 'go the extra mile' mentality. The pharmacist, Kendra, is really a special person. Today she took the time to help my spouse, Michael, find a coupon to lower the cost of his prescription. She consistently has a positive, helpful demeanor. This modeling sets the tone for her entire team. We are so impressed with two of the pharmacy techs, Alex and Milan. They also are superstars in our opinion and our guess is that the others we have not met on the team are also exemplary employees. Thanks for being such bright lights during these times when awesome customer service is hard to find. Sincerely, Michael Zemblidge and Robert Rhoads
