If I could give zero stars for their pharmacy I would. Carmen should look for a new job, highly unprofessional, intentionally cancelling my payments saying it was denied tho my bank would instantly message me if it was, taking her sweet time though the obese weight probably Didn’t help her case. Also denied applying a discount card for my fathers meds though I know Walgreens offers one, preeeeetttty sure that’s violation and the worst customer service possible. Maybe try finding something that doesn’t require you to work or walk, or be of use so people who are in a hurry can get in and out. Happy to never come back

After driving to different locations prior to this one I was told they did not do document printing..no fault of the workers because u have to place your order online before picking up. Why have the locations on the the walgreens app as an option for printing documents if it's not available there. Very annoying.

Bad service,even the costumers are rude and nasty. I don't understand why for online order that's already paid for they say wait for curb side but don't show up. Once I go to the front of the store clerk telling to make the line for an online order that's already paid for. My experience here at the store was terrible. I definitely don't recommend this Walgreens to friends or family I am very disappointed. I wish I could put 0 stars.

This is absolutely the worst Walgreens I have EVER visited. I need to go here because it's the closest to where my mother lives - the first time, I waited in the drive-thru line 14 minutes. I filled out a survey and the store manager said he would address this with his staff. Today, I had to wait 19 minutes in line - there was someone behind me so I couldn't back out - I WAS STUCK between 2 cars for 19 minutes - What person in their right mind would want to stay in a drive thru lane for 20 minutes? I'm going to have to switch to another pharmacy, as this one has absolutely no consideration for their customers' time!

Walgreens are usually pretty terrible but there was a cashier today (short Latin guy curly hair), he was helping this older guy with his gift card purchase. The way he helped him was truly something I had to compliment him on. He was patient, understand, and most of all so kind. As a Latin man myself, I imagine this old man is someone’s grandfather or father or uncle and this cashier took his time to help him. Thank you !

Walgreens has a 24 hours open store on palmetto and 441 . And you can buy all household items abd food and always 4 double role of bounty paper towels which is 8 rolls at the sale price off $8.99 and but one get one free on all coke and Pepsi 2 at bottles. Purchased a $200 Visa debit gift card at this location. On January 9th 2024. card was used the next morning at 5 AM. At a different Walgreens location and cleaned up the entire $200 balance. I'm getting no help from the store I'm getting 0 help from the vanilla. Issuing company of the card and after filing BSO police report was told there is little to no chance of finding perpetrator's. do not ever buy gift cards at walbrings.
