Best CrossFit gym I have been to, the coaches are very patient with each member and does a great job letting people scale to there own ability. It’s close to Orange Bike trail which is a huge plus for outdoor enthusiasts. The community is very friendly, highly recommend!

An amazing place! Me and my daughter go here a lot! It’s an amazing place. One of the best crossfits I’ve been too! Everyone is so nice, and it’s in the most convenient spot ever! 10/10 Recommend you go here!

There’s only so many places near Clermont for CrossFit, but Trailside is the ONLY place that should be deemed worthy of calling itself a true crossfit box. The programming is constantly varied and allows for growth, the community is like no other (supportive and inviting), and there are people of all ages working out here (teens and up). Can’t recommend this place enough! Thankful I found it, too, because prior to this I went to another local CF and was mildly depressed, because of the lack of community and monotonous programming .

Almost a year in and it’s been a blast. A very inclusive and supportive group. I do it to be the best version of myself. Tony and the coaches are knowledgeable and will show you a scaled movement that fits your level. Yes, it’s a competitive environment but the last person gets the biggest applause. Crossfit teaches functional movements that will help me be more mobile as I get older. I’m 55 and I feel there is room for improvement. Plus, you get a community cheering you on.

I highly recommend this gym. All of the trainers are excellent, knowledgeable, and profesional. They take the time to correct your form and push you to your limits. The workouts are different Avery day and the place is always Clean! Thanks Tony for pushing us every day.

I have tried all of the local CrossFit gyms, and Trailside exemplifies all of the best attributes of CrossFit: highly knowledgeable coaches, energizing atmosphere, and dynamic programming. The workouts are challenging, but the coaches are able to scale for every fitness level.

CrossFit Trailside is a fantastic CF gym. Just under 6 months of CF experience under my belt and I have CFT to thank for turning my interest into a habit and keep going. The coaches are absolutely awesome — knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and professional. CFT also boasts a really awesome social aspect that have turned fellow members into friends

CrossFit Trailside provides an all-around excellent experience. The coaches take personal interest in everyone no matter what your fitness or skill level is. They want to see you succeed and will do what it takes to make sure you do. The workouts are challenging but I always leave having had a good workout. There is even a play room for kids while you work out. Best part, the kids room has A/C! If you're looking for a good place to get in shape, have fun, and be around people who are kind and caring, you have to check out CrossFit Trailside.

This CrossFit gym is AMAZING! The workouts are killer in a great way, the trainers are super nice but also do a great job of motivating you to push yourself and do your best, and their playlists are always cool too. It’s a really great community they’ve built here! If you’re looking for a challenging workout and a great community to connect with while you’re doing it, I couldn’t recommend CrossFit Trailside more!! They also have free intro classes on Saturday mornings at 10 am every week so it’s a great way to see if the gym is for you!!

I can’t say enough awesome things about this gym. From the coaches, the facility itself, the most ideal location just off the trail (I can safely bike or run to the gym from my house which is awesome), having yoga and a run club included in the membership, and how encouraging and friendly the other members are as well, this is such a great place to take your fitness to the next level. I was always intimidated by the idea of CrossFit, but this gym definitely changed my mind and they’ve been nothing but supportive, authentic, and motivating. I’m able to do a lot at this gym that I can’t do anywhere else and I feel stronger and more capable than ever. If you’re looking for an awesome local spot to take your fitness up a few notches, you have to check them out.

I have been an active member of the CrossFit community for over 7 years and have had had the opportunity due to work to drop into numerous boxes all over the word as well as be an active member of several. That being said, I can CrossFit Trailside is truly one of the BEST RUN Boxes that I have ever been to. From the moment you walk through the door it is evident that Tony (the owner) takes pride in his Box and does everything within his power to make all of his members feel welcome and part of the community.For example, a few members mentioned that having a room for children to play while their parents worked out would be helpful, the next week there was a fully furnished children's room with a TV as well as camera and monitor in the box so the parents could keep an eye on there kids.Tony has been able find that fine balance of having both programming and coaching that is attractive to both the competitive CrossFit crowd, as well as those newer to the CrossFit community.Overall CrossFit Trailside has set their standard far above the typical CrossFit Box in the community today.

This is my first time working out at a CrossFit and I have enjoyed everything about it. Coach Tony has been patient in helping with mobility and injury prevention/recovery but also pushes me to get stronger and go harder every day. The gym has a great layout and everyone has been very nice and welcoming!
