Communication could have been better. I was never notified about my vehicle been ready a certain date. I don't like how they work at this shop. Best find another shop with better ratings. Your vehicle will never be the same after an accident, obviously.

We received our car back yesterday from Rachel's. They did a great job on the work. I initially had some issues with communication. Once Joanna got involved, the communication was fantastic. She kept me up to date on everything. I brought my experience to their attention and the owner immediately responded to my concerns. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future if needed.

This place was great! They took my truck in and started working on it right away. They got it done a week earlier than it was supposed to be and it looked brand new. Staff were super friendly! They called me periodically if they had questions and updated me with progress.

If you use this conpany take pictures inside and out of your car with the utmost detail. They will charge your insurance for repairs not completed. Make sure to ask them and check every single repair done by this place. They do not take pride in the work.Heres the short version. Came for hail claim. My experience was not great and I was lied to about some repairs done and also caused $800+ in damages that I had to have repaired by Caliber Collision through my insurance. They also charged my insurance for repairs not completed. I have all paperwork and detailed receipts from both companies on the completed repairs just in case the owner wants to play games.All glory to God.

They were not interested in doing work on my vehicle. The woman I spoke to would not even get up from behind her desk and look at pictures. I was in the lobby and she was in another office. Very lazy. Could have cared less. I encouraged her to at least look at pictures. Nope.
