If I could give ita negative star I would. I have to move and it is ort of last minute and I talk to Chace who was very nice and helped me set up a time and had no problem taking my deposit and assuring me they would be here tomorrow. Well get a call about 20 minutes later from the office to tell me he can move me next week which does not help since I have to be out by Sunday. So now I am out a mover and the worst part I paid $100.00 deposit towards the move and I wont get that back for 3-5 business days so yeah now I am out of money to pay another mover and I am on a really tight budget

We are forever grateful to this moving company for helping us at the last minute! Scott worked tirelessly to get our family member’s entire 3bdrm home packed and moved across country on short notice. He and his team were extremely sensitive to our health issues and timeline. Everything arrived timely and in perfect condition!

We used this mover about 5 years ago. We had an awesome experience with them. We decided to use them again last month. This time, HORRIBLE experience. They sent the slowest movers possible with the smallest truck they could find. Took four trips from old house to new house, when it could have all been done on one trip with a larger truck. We had them move 3 pieces of furniture and the rest boxes from a 3 bedroom house. My son actually spent over 2 hours helping them load the truck as to speed up the process. These guys kept taking breaks about every 30 mins for 15-20 mins each time. One mover even tried to get a job with someone we had working at our new house. That alone was an hour long conversation. We were paying them by the hour. The distance between houses is 8 miles. Took them over one hour between pick up and drop offs to travel 8 miles. Total bill was over $1500 for 12 hours to move approx 90 boxes and 3 small pieces of furniture. Not to mention ALL the free stuff we gave them because we didn't want to take with us. Those items alone totaled more than $1000 in free stuff for them. Reached out to the owner to renegotiate the fee, but never heard back from Scott. Total scam! I will never use them again and will most definitely tell anyone else not to use them. $1500 bucks for a move that should have taken no more than 6 hours with the help of my family too. Unreal and unacceptable!

don't use them, EVER. They will break your furniture, offer to replace parts, then fail to do so. you'll waste your money using this company.

Using this company was a disaster. I was shipping some boxes and they made promises which they delivered on 3 months later after I had to constantly call them and listen to all the excuses. They finally used a third part shipping company because they could not deliver. Unfortunately their price was twice as much as the third party. Very un responsive, take your money and go somewhere else.

They wasted to much time which ran the clock up. Some of our stuff was broken once we was unpacking it. The 2 men that the owner Scott sent should not have been sent to do the job because neither was in good health. One of the movers even dropped some of our belongings in front of me. Would not recommend the at all.

Worst experience. After 2 other solid experiences. Movers themselves were great, management lied (and admitted it) about delivery and payment, was incredibly difficult to reach when things were not going well, and refused to make the situation right with me as the customer. Offered basically $100/off a $4500 bill for inconvenience after days of concerns being in answered and ignored. At one point I had to find one of their movers on Facebook just to try to get a hold of anyone as my calls, texts, and messages were ignored over 4 days - leaving me not knowing if my belongings were stolen or even coming. Owner neglected to follow up (even after calls and texts by me) after promising to readdress the situation after things were dealt with internally. Feel bad for the movers as the management puts them in horrible positions. Would not recommend this group at all.
