A Novel Idea Bookstore is a great bookstore full of hidden treasures and tons of books. It has a wonderful environment and is very well organized, with books displayed so you can find what you're looking for. There is something for everyone, with a great selection and some categories you may have never heard of. The store has amazing prices and reasonable prices, along with a worthwhile system for bringing in books and getting credit on your account. There is a resident cat that is cute and friendly, but a store rule says not to touch it. The staff is very helpful and kind. Some reviews mention the owner can be rude, but others found her pleasant and pretty chill.
I’ve had a great experience everytime I come here. The owner has always been so friendly and helpful with my trade ins and request. I love all the 3D printed items and shirts. I love the titles I take home everytime.

It is a great bookstore with a variety of books to choose from. I loved the blind dates with a book. They come with lots of fun bookmarks and stickers. I will definitely go back to see what's new

I love this store. The best selection of books and I can trade in my used/read books. Lori is wonderful and a joy to talk with. Staff is knowledgeable. Relaxing atmosphere. A book lovers paradise. My best find since moving here from Connecticut 6 years ago.
