Randy Black is the man!!!! What a great help he honestly made everything so easy. I never enjoy signing up for new policies but Randy was so friendly and engaging I enjoyed the process it was quick and pain free. He answered all of my questions before I even asked them and helped me get set up with all the paper work I needed. So I signed up online (through Zebra) so I don't have any feedback on the staff here. My review is solely based on the affordability... Hoping it may help someone in a similar position.I had Progressive, which was fine... Until I got a new vehicle that is! I called to switch the insurance to my new car and they NEVER mentioned a rate increase and no one ever contacted me about it either. So it wasn't until I went to pay the following months bill that I seen my rate over doubled! I went from a used car to a slightly newer used car. I understand a small increase but that was ridiculous and worst of all I was never informed of it. Then I had a lapse in coverage due to this. I switched to National General who was charging me as much as Progressive... But I just didn't like how dirty Progressive did me. Paying over $200 for the bare minimum is just absolutely ridiculous though... Especially when (at this point) I hadn't had any accidents or tickets in over 8 years and only 1 claim due to an accident that wasn't my fault. So again, I had a lapse in coverage due to financial hardship. At that point, most of the "well-known" companies wanted to charge me over $300 a month. Then my license ended up being suspended due to failure to pay some fees. Ohh and I've had one ticket due to my registration being expired. This company's rate was less than half of what most of the others wanted... Again, for the bare minimum. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't have been able to get my vehicle insured and on the road. So I'm extremely thankful for them!One last thing I'd like to mention is a lot of other companies had different rates when I went through a service (like Zebra) to get a quote then when requesting a quote directly through them the amount was more. This feels shady and possibly illegal... So they can just change you whatever they want??? But when I checked the rate directly through the Assurance website it was exactly the same as when I checked it on Zebra. This right here showed me they are atleast somewhat more honest than the competition... So not only did they have the lowest rate but I also felt they were trustworthy as well!

I'm normally not the type of customer compelled to write reviews, so sorry if it displeases the admins & others but this particular trader warrants talking about. I want other potential customers to be fully aware of what Mrs. Kayla Williams FX guarantees. She invested my $1000 and in the space of a week made $13,400 for me and she did the same for my mom. Worst insurance of my life!!!!! My husband and I split up and they ADDED him to MY policy. I don’t have the car he took it, but I’m still paying for insurance cause I’m buying a car. They charged me for him and I paid it, but charged an xtra month of insurance. I waited on hold for almost an hour for the person to tell me call back tomorrow

Don't cover one ton trucks.didnt know that when I switched truck drove since Dec. With no coverage and no one told me they dropped it.
