I was on a long trip and a servicing light turned on in my vehicle. I pulled into this Advance and the associate came out to my vehicle and used their handheld to provide the code and explanation. (Attached the code reading)It was very helpful to bring clarity during a stressful event.Advance has consistently provided excellent customer service.I think I need to find an Advance Auto Parts ballcap, so I can promote their great service wherever I roam.

Now they got to make it harder for you to go into internet if you don't know how to use it and make that work off of them. Not everybody's computer literate so we lose money

I walked in needing one small bulb. One worker immediately walked out to service someone outside. Another worker went into the back and I never saw him again. The only other "worker" was standing at the counter flirting with a customer, who was already checked out and walking out the door, about music genres. I stood at the counter for about 3 minutes. I got no reaction from Romeo so I went back in search of the bulb myself. After 5 minutes of frustratingly searching, I picked a bulb. I went up to the counter and stood there for almost 5 minutes until the customer realized she was holding him up and said goodbye. Obviously, she had more sense and customer service skills than this "worker". I asked him if he thought this was the right bulb while he was ringing me up. He could not answer yes or no. I'll be going to their competitor, right down the road, for the rest of my life.
