I have always loved this store but the other day I was browsing and I met the best employee. She was extremely nice and helpful when it came to finding my jean sizes. Recommending many styles, colors, and sizes until I found the right one for me. Her name was Tessa and she really made my day. I value kindness and she was the best!

Not this store but the online site. I am at my wits end with this company. I placed an order on 10/29 that was scheduled to be delivered 11/03 but because of an error on their shipping label it was instead returned to their warehouse on 11/03. I was promised my refund within 3-5 days, it has now been 14 days and I finally received a processed return confirmation email…. For the wrong amount ?. I have spoke with this companys customer service half a dozen times, waited on hold for nearly an hour to speak with an unhelpful supervisor and have been hung up on twice! There is still no guarantee that my money will be back in my account in the next 7-10 days! Buyer beware.

I had a horrible experience with this stores manager. She totally ignored me at the check out counter so I moved to the next counter to be helped, and she got verbally confrontational and rude with me. She has no skills on how to treat a customer and was loud and insulting to me. She should not be working in a customer service environment, especially as a manager because she lacks the skills required which include being courteous and friendly and helpful. Whoever owns this franchise should either remove her from her position or require her to have extensive Customer service training. She was absolutely out of control and not a good look for your store. You will loose customers if she isn’t either fired or given reprimand and training. On the other hand of that, the gentleman that did help me went above and beyond and did an excellent job and I would suggest giving him the job of manager. He certainly showed how to treat a customer well and I thank him.

The customer service of the staff handling my needs to the fitting room was good. But there was another staff who was really rude towards me. I get that she just folded the pile of clothes from that shelf even though I haven’t been to that shelf full of mens graphic tee. When I just started looking at the clothes, she told me that ‘ I can’t be taking them and putting it on another then make a mess because the customers can’t shop like that ‘. I barely touched the clothes and I only touched the ones which were already in a mess. I told the girl on cashier duty that her co worker needs to relax as I didn’t even make a mess. I would say that she needs to learn better customer service from her other co workers.

Bonie from Aeropostle was most helpful!I found a good deal at Aeropostle!A buy one get one deal on Men's Stretch Cargo Shorts.The fabric is strong!The buttons are very set in good with the fabric of the shorts,and it has a nice front zipper!I recommend shopping here!Bonie takes pride in a job well done!She does a good job!

Visited the store. The young girl working there did not greet my child, nor did she greet me when we entered the store. She looked at the both of us and continued folding clothes. I don’t know if this falls on the store manager or the store chain itself to teach their employees to address EVERYONE that comes in their store not whoever they feel is WORTH greeting. I could say a lot more but with everything going on I’ll stop there. I will end by saying my child nor I like the store atmosphere. Not our first but will be our last here.
