Great staff! Super helpful I would recommend for sure, flood lighting in the storage parking area needs a bit of improvement, lawn service team can use some guidance on aiming the mowers away from the vehicles as fresh grass clippings get stuck to the surfaces.

I was a customer for four years… At the time I was trying to close out my account. I was assured that I was removed from the automatic deductions from my bank. They did not close out my account. I was charged for an additional two months. Then it took me, almost 2 weeks before I could even receive my reimbursements. $230 The manager, Tim was defensive and a little rude about the entire situation, which was not my fault at all. Go somewhere else.

Our past and present experience with Affordable Storage in Ocala has been nothing but the best. They have met all our storage needs. Annette was a great manager and was fast, reliable and personable. Now we have Kim, the new manager, and she continues to provide excellent services. She has worked with us quickly, as we needed parking space and changing of storage needs. She always greet us with a smile, knowledgeable of her products and services, fast and reliable. That is the type of services you need during these trying times.

DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE! They didn't return the prorated days after we moved out. They tried to say you have 3 days after you pay for the month to move out if you want any of your money back. Bought insurance through them, when I got my stuff out everything was covered in a layer of mildew. Been getting the run around through the insurance company too. If you don't want the headache or hassle, don't do business here.
