I called today looking for a drive belt for my John Deere D105 they transferred my call to the parts department no one answered the phone he took my name and my phone number and he said he will tell the guy to call me waited all day for a return call and never got a return call

They take their time repairing equipment so don't be in a hurry getting it back but it will get done.

I was quite impressed with the sales department, but quite the opposite in regards to promises made in regards to service when there are problems with the mower.
Upon purchase, we were assured that service would be expeditious and there were loaner mowers available if service took longer than three days. We were also told that Ag Pro would provide a complete replacement mower if service could not be completed in one week.
Unfortunately equipment did what equipment did, and the mower was out of service last week. I know this happens with all brands.
Not only were we told that there were no loaners available, we were also told that the replacement policy was “not a real thing”.
I would not recommend Ag Pro in any capacity. I need to purchase a second mower and a gator, but I will be doing this elsewhere.
I ended up paying a significant amount of money to have my property mowed during this extended service period of over a week, and I still don’t have my equipment back!

I was unhappy to hear that the repair of my equipment was delayed by the company using all resources (including service and transportation) to take equipment for sale to a trade show.
This is disappointing to the consumer. It’s sad that they are publicly much more concerned about selling more equipment than making good on promises to existing customers.
I would warn others against purchasing from here..

TOTAL FAIL! OMFG! I've been waiting over a WEEK just to get new blades for their own equipment, and there is ZERO communication from them unless you make a bunch of calls to continually follow up on their lack of progress. Apparently I could have ordered the parts on Amazon myself and received them MUCH faster than the world's largest tractor company can! WTH?!?!?
Maybe they should just order from Amazon too! Here's a picture of the Amazon link for them for future orders, since they apparently can't seem to get their own parts!
I certainly won't take any of my farm equipment here again! I'll find a local 'Bubba's tractor service" company for anything else I need. This place is just a joke, and I'm so disappointed.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the recent customer service experience I had with AgPro/John Deere Ocala, FL. As a loyal customer who owns and maintains four John Deere tractors, I expected a certain level of professionalism and reliability from such a reputable brand. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
Appointment No-Show and Lack of Communication
After waiting for over a month for a scheduled service appointment, I was extremely disappointed when no one showed up on the agreed date. There was no prior communication to inform me of any cancellation or rescheduling. I waited all day for a service that never came.
Unprofessional Customer Service
When I called to inquire about the missed appointment, I was met with an astonishing level of rudeness and unprofessionalism. The representative I spoke with not only failed to provide any helpful information but also had the audacity to yell at me and rudely instructed me never to call again. This behavior is utterly unacceptable and unbecoming of any customer service professional.
Questionable Equipment Quality
Adding to my frustration is the fact that the John Deere equipment itself has been problematic. Despite being reputed as high-quality machinery. This experience has significantly tarnished my perception of the John Deere brand.
Conclusion
In conclusion, my experience with AgPro/John Deere Ocala, FL has been exceedingly disappointing. The lack of communication, unprofessional behavior, and subpar equipment quality have left me regretting my investment in John Deere products. I urge potential customers to think twice before engaging with this dealership.
I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for AgPro/John Deere Ocala to improve their customer service and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

Horrible experience here They sold me a new JLG Telehandler 3 months ago $170,000 machine it has never worked not one hour !! they can’t fix it they sent it to another dealer in Georgia they sent it back still doesn’t work AGpro is incompetent Terrible company JLG should not allow them to represent or sell JLG equipment. Do not do any Bussines with them unless it’s a lawn mower because that’s all they know tractor service sucks too They screwed me but good

Had a great experience here. The PTO shaft on our flex wing mower broke. Kelsey is very knowledgeable and got us our parts (the parts were actually in stock) right away ! Highly recommend this dealership!

They didn't have the filter in stock for my z-turn or multi-purpose greese in a tube. Things that are necessary for the springtime of the year.
Amazon had them in stock.!

What a wonderful facility you name it they have it they don't have to order anything they have most of the parts right there it was not expensive I was actually shocked do not be afraid to go to this company
