From that point on, I received the courtesy, kindness and dedication of a family-owned business, the education I needed to make decisions, and the satisfaction of a job very well done. Ozzy promptly visited my home, spent time explaining the options I had with ducts and furnace and A/C equipment filled with mold, fit my two-day job into an already packed schedule, and efficiently gave me the peace of mind that I was hoping for. You won’t go wrong working with Jacky and Ozzy, owners of Air Fresh Dryer Vent and Duct Cleaning, Inc.

This company is AWESOME . Ozzy the owner is one of the most honest and thorough businessmen I’ve ever known. He takes great pride in his work and the end result is proof that.No cutting corners, in fact, he is meticulous about details and will go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. If anyone is in need of the services he offers I would highly recommend Ozzy . My family and I will breathe much better now that our mold and dust problems are gone . I could not be happier with the service I received today from Ozzie and his team. From communication with Jacky when setting and confirming my appointment, to Ozzie’s punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail, everything was exceptional. Ozzie went above and beyond to diagnose and remedy an unanticipated issue while cleaning my dryer vent. Sadly, it is rare nowadays to find providers who actually do what they say they’ll do. Never once did I question Ozzie’s knowledge or integrity. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, Ozzie and team!

Ozzy came out to clean my dryer vent. He did a fantastic job. Very thorough and cleaned up the area well. He even cut off some extra duct that was loose and causing a lot of lint to build up in my laundry room. Very professional company and I will use them going forward each time I need this done! Highly recommend!!

Ozzie is a great individual, he is very professional and goes beyond what is needed to complete the job. I have been Ocala for only a short time, but Ozzie is the first person to make sure you understand what you are getting for his services. We had not cleaned out our dryer duct since we moved into our home over 5 years ago. Yikes!Ozzy the owner of Air Fresh was super. On time, professional, very nice gentleman.Ozzy even adjusted the duct length to work more efficiently for us. We have already booked our next cleaning!

Ozzy and team were outstanding on our complete AC duct cleaning and sanitizing. They came and provided a thorough inspection, covered all of the issues, and then gave us two different options with estimates. On work day, they were organized and efficient. Absolutely the best! Great service, honest, fair and took the time to explain how we can keep our dryer vent flowing well and in good repair. I appreciate he took his time to complete a thorough cleaning and was sure to inform us of the process along the way. He showed us what was removed from the vent and the significant increase in air flow from the dryer vent.
