I needed a vet visit and checkup for my new dog. I got an appointment the same day I called, which was most appreciated. All of the staff were professional, but also kind. My rescue dog is still somewhat nervous and I needed help getting her out of and then back into my car. One of the staff carried her for me. (56 lbs, not a toy breed!!!). Dr. Collins gave my Sequoia a good exam and eased my worrying. All in all a very positive experience.

I am so impressed! First visit was yesterday, just got a follow up call to see how my dog is doing They have a impressive office, the Vet and the techs really care and earned my and my dogs vote of confidence and satisfaction. It’s rare to find such a wonderful Veterinary Office. ???

Was a new patient with an emergency situation with my pet rat. The staff squeezed me in same day. Everyone was so nice and they followed up next day to check on him. Would highly recommend this vet.

I recently moved to the area and needed a new vet for my dog. On the recommendation of a friend I gave them a try. The staff is wonderful and the facility is clean. The cost was within reason. I will be returning for more veterinary care.

The vet tech Caitlyn and Dr. Collins did amazing with my highly reactive dachshund, I wouldn’t bring my animals anywhere else. Great people, great work ethic and very knowledgeable.

The experience with the staff was very great awesome staff, my dog is a Cane Corso, Scooby Duke, and he was treated beautifully and after awhile he stopped barking and was able to be examined and treated and all for the way the staff handle the need for my dog. I will be bringing all my other dogs as well and recommend the vet 100% to anyone to treat their dogs here. Big thanks to Mauka, Teri, Grace, Caitlyn and Dr. Collins.

My vet would not fit me in with my sick dog so I called Stone Ridge Animal Hospital and got me right in. They took their time, answered all my questions, listened to what I had to say, and out the door we went feeling better. They called the next day to check on us.

Due to neglicence of Stone Ridge, my 7 yr old Yorkie (5 lbs) passed away enroute to UF Emergency in Ocala on 7/21/24 due to dental surgery at Stone Ridge on 7/16/24. Spoke to person answering phone 7/18 explained situation said I could come by their office that morning, was told no, we'll call you. No call. Called again Friday early morning 7/19, was told after explaining again just don't give her the Gabapentin (she'd never had that before). Didn't give her the Meloxicam that night either. Of course they're closed on weekends and I was stuck. This Yorkie never turned up her nose on food or water. Between Saturday night and 6am Sunday morning she'd been vomiting vile & white foam. Giving her Pedialite with syringe every 45 minutes to 1 hr. Later that afternoon she started seizing. While rushing to UF Emergency in Ocala she was seizing very bad & passed about 3 miles north of UF Emergency in Ocala. Neglinent personnel at Stone Ridge told me rabies shot was due 10/10/24 when it isn't due until 10/10/25. Also, negligent personnel failed to say in 3 or 4/2024 heartworm test was needed. All the personnel in a business represent that business. Owner's responsibility is to have good personnel or ask someone who knows. In the meantime, my Yorkie paid with her life and I lost a child.

A very difficult day, having to euthanize our boy Jackson due to infirmities of old age. Stone Ridge handled this with compassion and caring and we can't tell them how much we appreciated all the staff. Thank you.
