Emily was amazing. I haven’t been able to find what I wanted anywhere else but Emily got me fitted in pants, ordered and even applied for a credit card for me! In literal minutes. I couldn’t have been in the store more than 15 minutes and I spent nearly $75. And I feel GOOD about it too as I also saved nearly $20. That woman is so damn good at her job and I couldn’t appreciate her more for it. Thanks for making my Mother’s Day weekend Emily!

STOP FORGETTING TO TAKE OFF ALL OF THE SECURITY TAGS! This has happened the last two times I’ve shopped here. It’s so annoying to try and pull it off at home and it can damage the item. A bulky plastic security tag is pretty easy to notice when it’s on a thin leather belt. It’s a 45 minute round trip drive for me to go back to your store. Pay attention.

Waited for 10 minutes to pay along with another customer and no employee to be found. Asked in the changing room and nothing. After getting frustrated and almost walking out, 4 employees appeared. Very unprofessional and kept joking and giggling amongst themselves.

me and my friend went into the american eagle at the paddock location, we were greeted and the staff seemed sweet. we were browsing and my friend had grabbed a few things to try on. two items exactly, she showed the guy and asked for a fitting room. the manager when in to ask how many items she had and she said two because that’s how many items she had. two tags had fallen out of the pockets of the blue button up she tried on and she picked them up after she was done trying them on and gave them to the guy and said they fell out the pocket. we proceeded to buy a pair of earring and they stopped us at the door and accused us of stealing. her bag was empty because she didn’t steal anything and we are very upset handle this situation and we got no apology. we also called the store and tr

Gone downhill over the last few years. Lately it’s a guessing game if the store will even be open during the hours they’re supposed to be. I’ve seen a sign multiple times on the doors during regular hours saying they’re closed with no explanation. Employees are not friendly or helpful.

Out of four people working not one greeted, helped out acknowledged us. After helping ourselves to a fitting room we decided that anymore time wasted attempting to shop would ruin the experience more... so we left.
