Don't bother! unless you have an "online reservation" they will make you wait an hour... meanwhile there are 6 empty lanes and no one in person waiting. Go elsewhere

Stephanie and Joe took great care of me. Bolero East didn’t treat us well and Joe and Stephanie went above and beyond at Bolero West to make it right. They really blessed me. Feeling thankful

The staff was amazing as can be , they made accommodations for everyone involved in the group and even cheered when my daughter bowled with the rails up and dud well for only being 4 with the help of me and her mother , they provide a little push ramp for kids to set the ball on and roll down for their own shots
