I am a "hands-on" mom and the office manager at Ellison (Kevin) made sure that ALL parties continued to have an open communication and understanding. The apartments are very spacious and provide my daughter enough space to have plenty of family time and gatherings. The neighbors are awesome and have a GREAT sense of community, it makes me feel more secure knowing that my daughter is in GOOD HANDS!”

Original post from May 2025: Tuscany Place is paradise living at its best. It is incredibly tranquil, peaceful and beautiful. The mature trees with Spanish moss make this place seem enchanted. Best of all… the staff! The ladies in the leasing office as well as the maintenance staff are all amazing. They are friendly, helpful, caring and talented. The systems in place like pest control, power washing and regularly scheduled maintenance make sure this place is always in tip top shape. The park that borders the property is dreamy with people walking, picnicking and fishing; I walk it every day. My dog Dolly and I were welcomed here with open arms and made to feel special from day one. And… the wonderful treatment has continued over the months I’ve lived here. I have to admit that since living here my anxiety and stress has greatly decreased. I am taking deep breaths here and it feels amazing!”
