  You get what you pay for! 10/10 I recommend this place! Warming welcome, smooth process from beginning to end! They even offer finance options and guess what?! The office manager will even figure out ways to help you afford it! And get you scheduled. Love the Manager, Doctor and staff! Gracias por todo!!!

  Awesome service, amazing people! I wanted to say the bad comment below was a very rude lady that walked in and disturbing the office. The young lady at the front desk was just trying to help her and the lady was demanding everything to be done without an exam and is playing victim. I applaud the young lady at the front still willing to help even though the lady was giving threats. Awesome service!!

  I need an oral surgeon to pull one tooth. When I went to this office yesterday, I was told the oral surgeon had to pull at least three teeth. I asked a girl if she was kidding and she said no. This makes absolutely no sense to me. Next day Aspen sent me a standard reply telling me absolutely nothing. I doubt a human actually responded. Big corporate could care less. Buyer beware.

  EDIT: The people are great, but the bill is going to bend you right over. $1800+ for some antibiotics. Ridiculous. The great people don't outweigh getting royally screwed with an astromical bill. Time to go elsewhere.
  
  For those that don't like to read long reviews, this Aspen Dental is amazing and I would HIGHLY recommend the team here. I was in extreme pain due to an infected tooth and it was brutal. I called first thing in the morning and was fortunate enough to get in. After determining what needed to be done, they found they were short an item which would have left me in pain for at least another 24 hours. To make sure I wouldn't have to endure another night, they drove to their office in the Villages and picked up the item that was needed, this is roughly an hour round trip. They could have made me wait. I won't sugar coat it, this was an EXTREMELY painful experience, brought on by myself. The tooth didn't want to come out and the pain pulling was excruciating due to the infection. The amount of support and caring with regards to the pain I was in, was amazing. The doctor stuck to it and despite me trying to crawl out of the chair, she got the tooth and I feel amazing. It may be too late to save what is lost, but I know longer have a reason to avoid the dentist. They made a supremely painful experience, one of the best.

  I went in with a broken tooth that had caused me pain for several weeks to the point where I couldn’t even stand these wonderful people are nice very respectful, following me through every procedure and everything that was happening and kept me comfortable. I was able to get my tooth replaced with an Implant that helped me with a very affordable plan that helped me so I didn’t have to pay everything all at once definitely would recommend five stars

  I have a great fear of dentists, but Dr. Barros was amazing. She was straight forward, comforting, and reassuring. She is not listed on their staff on the website, which she should be. As long as she is there, I will continue my dental care. The staff was also very friendly and caring.

  Booked an appointment online for a cracked/chipoed/broken tooth at their available time of 1:30pm Saturday. Upon arrival I was told: I have to pay for a comprehensive exam $260.00 PLUS full X-rays and they can’t actually “fix” the chipped tooth in this appointment because there isn’t enough time because they close in 1 hour.
  Problem 1: they let me book an “emergency” appointment at this scheduled time (and I arrived 30 minutes early) for the specific appointment of repairing my chipped tooth.
  Problem 2: my insurance wouldn’t cover a comprehensive exam because you only get 1 every 18 months and I didn’t need one. The appointment was to fix a very small chip on the back side of my bottom front tooth.
  Problem 3: insurance will only cover full X-rays every 6 months and this isn’t my regular dentist and I didn’t try for them to be I just asked for an emergency visit to fix a small chipped tooth.
  They accepts this appointment then denied my service as scheduled AND tried to price gouge me for services not needed
  You can clearly see the tiny tooth chip you don’t need X-rays to see
  I was willing to pay the $260 and let them do the X-rays as long as they send them to my regular dentist so I don’t have an issue later with needing X-rays but what sealed the deal was they wouldn’t repair my tooth which was the whole point of this appointment that was scheduled.
  It’s never taken Longer than an hour to have a tooth filled and it was a tiny chip. So even after I agreed to “their” terms they wouldn’t honor the appointment
  I did this so I wouldn’t accidentally bite down too hard on n something and cause more damage. They don’t care.
  So I left with them not honoring my appointment.
  Eating soup until my new appointment Monday with a different dentist in Gainesville.
  HORRIBLE service, price gouging, unprofessional, didn’t honor the appointment set. Don’t go there!
