The visit took a little longer than I expected, but I have to admit that they went above and beyond to take care of my broken denture and making sure there were no other problems with my implants.The receptionist went through the painful process of contacting my health insurance company to see if any of my costs would be covered. The rest of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I will return.

They all helped me out completely from walking in to walking out. Everyone was very nice, the checking out woman was very nice and helpful to what we needed and could afford. Thank you very much.

Not a good place dentures already discolored in a week and no I don't drink or smoke teeth looked really fake didn't fit.wanted my deposit back they gave me a paper to sign that stated I would have the money back in 5 days 6 days later I call to see where my deposit was and was told it was through a 3rd party that I didn't pay to their office I paid on the iPad so now they want to trespass me because I want to go up there and let other people know what they did. So I will just say it on here. Went to affordable dentures they are much better and the teeth are a better product I've had dentures for 30 years from affordable I won't go anywhere else again that's for sure !!!!!!And if you look at the other bad reviews, we can't all be complaining about the same this by coincidence ?

They got me in as a walk in which was great! Unfortunately I need the oral surgeon and that won’t be for over a week so hopefully between the antibiotics and ibuprofen I can manage the pain til then.

Very confusing. No organization. I left without treatment. Later I was put on hold for over 10 minutes and no one picked back up.

Staff made me feel relaxed, the wait in between X-rays, (about 30 minutes) and seeing dentist rather long and waiting for the person to go over treatment long(about 45 minutes)appt at 9am left at 11:15apx. They seemed maybe bit busy.

I was afraid to go here due to the low rating and poor reviews but it was better than I expected. The girls there where very kind. The doctor not only answer all my questions but showed me exactly what the problem was. The wait time is just like any other busy clinic. Financial went over everything that was available to me. Everything was pretty affordable without insurance. So I do recommend for others who do not have insurance.

Staff was very professional and friendly. This practice is Hi-Tech. And extremely clean. I'm glad I picked this office.

These are crooks. First of all, this place is an in-network provider. I went in there for cleaning. At the time they took money from me saying it was for deductible. When the insurance was charged, insurance sent me the bill saying, I don't have to pay anything, yet this office charged me $50 and are refusing to refund me back.My wife also went for her cleaning there and her cleaning was done ok. Then they scheduled her for taking out wisdom tooth. They already charged for that. After a couple of weeks, my wife did not want to go through this procedure so asked for a refund back. We have called the office at least 5 times and every time there is an excuse as to why the money has not been refunded. The last time someone told her that it will be 30 days before they can refund the money. It is almost $400. It does not take that much time to refund the money.Who ever is reading this and replying, please fix this before it gets escalated.
