Only focusing on making the biggest sale they can. No concern for the customer. Staff is inexperienced and poorly trained. Do not trust them to transfer your data! They just want to get your money and get you out the door. Should have gone to Verizon.

I went to the AT&T store in Ocala, FL. I needed assistance with putting on a new case cover for my iPhone. Cassie was quick to assist me with that. She replaced my case, did an outstanding job at it, and with a kind and friendly smile.
I’m so impressed and grateful to her. Calvin was there at the table as well offering great conversation with us.
This is an amazing store, very friendly and helpful associates there. I will recommend this store to others…

Adan at the store on 4405 SW College Rd Ocala FL was in too much of a hurry to help set up my new phone. I wanted help with switching and cancelling lines, was told it wouldn't be done. When I explained I've done it before he proceeded to tell me he has 17 years experience he knows it can't. I asked to speak to the manager, he comes out with same attitude. Says I screwed up and now I had to pay for it. Only way to fix it was to return the new phone and pay a restocking fee to only buy it again with an upgrade. So basically that manager has trained his people to be rude because they acted exactly the same rude manor to me. I went a few miles down the road to a retail store, they did everything I asked and corrected everything without charging a dime. I have always been told to use the corporate store, I will never do that again. I will use the retail store down the street. Aden was very cocky and rude. As well as his manager was just as rude!

This place is an absolute scam went in to upgrade my phone unfortunately was not eligible yet. Carrie talked us into adding a line which at the time didn’t seem like a bad idea that way I could have a business phone and a personal line was told my bill was going to drop a few dollars to $178 a month got my first two bills and it is well over $300 a month!Went into address the issue and was basically told there’s nothing they can do. Will be switching service
Update talked with Tom the manager he is useless they don’t care about anything but getting a sale might as well be a used car dealership. Complete scumbags at this store!
