Honestly, no problems at all with Arianna. She tried to help as best she could with my particular situation. My family was in and out of this store for almost 6 hrs trying to get an account set up, we initially waited 45 mins to be told the opposite of what we were told over the phone before even coming into the store. After paying for an AARP membership (that I ended up not even needing), giving my husband a new # (now his phone isn’t working at all), Bailey then proceeds to interrupt me while I’m on the phone answering the fraud security questions - that she knows the person in the question (my brother) and continues to bad mouth him. When I tell her that she’s talking about my little brother, she realized she messed up and tried to reel it in. All of this happening while I’m working with the store manager and on speaker phone with customer service! Needless to say that I was very disappointed in the way this girl conducted herself and will not be returning to this store.

Store associate sold me on just about everything, savings and promotions.And most of all, the store associate is multitasking, and is the only employee working at the store at this time. The store associate Bailey is handling 5 customers at this time. And is doing a great job. Both customer service and promoting hats off to you.Bailey thank you.

Don’t let them take your money!!Worst store I have ever visited and total liars…. walked in to trade my wives phone and was told they had them available in 2 colors! Right after they said that, they proceeded to take my money and once I payed they said they didn’t have them available. To me when you lie and take money and then can’t produce and or have the product available that you just said you had it’s called theft in my opinion. Referring this to DSK Law. It’s not about the amount of $$… it’s the principle of lying.

Had the experience of Baylie taking care of our needs and concerns and she is by far the best I have ever dealt with at this location . Her professional, multi tasking and knowledge as well as friendly ness was just overwhelming. What a great young lady . You need more employees like her .

Such a great experience. We had to stop in for a SIM card issue that took a little bit of time and we had to bring our toddler. They helped keep our toddler entertained while we worked through the issue. They had coloring books and multiple toys to play with! Definitely a kid friendly place. Thank you, Baylie and Ari.

I always go to the Silver springs A T & A Store even now that I live clear across town with several other stores closer to me. It is by far the best store in Ocala in my opinion. Baylie the manager is the best, very friendly, knowledgeable, and friendly. When it was time for my upgrade, she made the entire experience a breeze, from the moment I walked in, until I left, a satisfied customer. She is an asset to AT&T! Thank you Baylie!
