I visited AutoMax this week and bought a new car. Haley helped me find a car within my budget and it was even marked down. She talked me through the entire process and made I knew what was going on during the process. Once it was time to sign the paperwork, Andre explained everything that I was signing and how much extra the gap and extended warranty would be. I am so very pleased with my purchase and I love my new car. Thank you Haley and Andre!

I had a great experience shopping for a car at Automax. From the moment I walked in, the salesperson (Victor) who helped me was extremely sweet, professional, and attentive. I told him exactly what I was looking for and the price range I needed to stay within. Even though it wasn’t easy finding cars in my budget, he took his time, valued my trade-in, and came back with two solid options.
One of them was a car I absolutely fell in love with. I needed to be able to walk out the door for $20k, and he worked everything out to make that happen for me. His communication was great throughout the entire process, and I never felt rushed or pressured.
What really stood out was that, at the end, he even filled up my tank—something they told me they don’t usually do for everyone. I was so grateful for that extra touch. Overall, I left feeling genuinely taken care of, and I would definitely recommend Automax to anyone car shopping.

Good morning
Before I leave a leave a review on one of the platforms I would like to tell you and your management about my recent purchase. We recently bought a Toyota from you guys, approximately week ago. Without getting dramatic, two days after our purchase the vehicle started to have alignment issues which I tried calling our salesman who basically told me we don’t cover that in our warranty. Understood, it’s a used car and as is. However after multiple trips to Toyota it was determined all 4 tires, which were the original from 2017, were dry rot and worn, causing the car to pull off the roadway. We spent my almost 900 dollars on tires for a car bought less then a week ago. I have purchased multiple cars from you guys before and I have to say this is the worst you guys have treated me and you can guarantee I won’t do business or refer you anymore.
