When you relocate to another state one of the things that is challenging, is to find a good full service auto repair and maintenance shop. I have a 2008 Toyota Corolla that had issues with a sunroof leaking. The sunroof has been leaking on and off for over 10 years. I had just about everything done to it including a replacement of the glass and trim. It stopped it for a little bit and then upon returning back home to Florida it started up again. I was frustrated as I can't afford to buy another car right now. I took it to the dealership only to not get an answer but I guess, and a really high estimate for another replacement of the same thing. Luckily, someone referred me to this shop. I truly believe in first impressions. My first impression was a conversation with Josh, a master mechanic. He was so knowledgeable, kind, and listened. I met him the next morning for a diagnostic inspection and was thoroughly impressed the way he showed me what he was doing was well as explained everything. I was so nervous and scared that I was going to get another high estimate. He did a few adjustments to hold me over until he could get a part in for me. What a pleasant surprise to hear from him and find out the cost including labor was incredibly reasonable. Not only that, but he worked with my crazy schedule and they got me within the next couple of days concerned that we would have more rain coming. I added on an oil change while scheduling my appointment with them beforehand. I don't think I waited an hour and the work was done. The cost was exactly what I was quoted for everything which really impressed me. It was so nice to not have someone try to nickel and dime you for services that weren't necessary at the time. I immediately felt comfortable for the first time in a long time and felt I was in good hands. The owner is super nice. Speaking with him is like speaking with someone you've known for a long time. When you relocate, it's so hard to find a good auto technician. The integrity this business has is impeccable. A nice bunch of guys, who are masters at what they do, and a good old-fashioned place to service your car. They are open Monday through Thursday. It seems like they do their routine maintenance and care in the mornings and the more complex or involved cases in the afternoons. They usually book a week in advance. I highly recommend this business and so glad I was referred to them.

It's so awesome to find a place with honest, dependable staff and hard working crew. These guys are great to fix anything and will give you an honest quote and do what they say. I use them for my own vehicles, and they take care of the vehicles where I work now. Great job guys - keep up the great work!

This place is awesome. Very friendly people. Very transparent and fair. I brought them a weird project that involved machining a hole on a motorcycle engine case. After being turned down by every machine shop in town, these guys came through and got it done for me. Thanks guys!!

I paid for a CAD ( computer aid design) for my product and spent thousands over a year for my parts, their plasma cutting matching broke and they stated they could not afford a new one, I asked for my CAD back to continue my business elsewhere, they stated even as I had paid for this service they would not return this CAD file, you can simply email it or zip file it and return, Rob one of the owners stated they keep all CAD files, they have no use for this file as it is specifically for my product, my receipt has no stipulation from them that this is their property, now I have to pay hundreds of dollars again for something that is my property and they simply have no use for and will not return. As a business owner for over 20 years I find this unethical and ignorant, in my business customer service is extremely important and the customer comes first, unfortunately, B and M do not follow fair practices. DO not do business with this company as you might pay for a service and not get what you paid for.
