Why are the people who work in the coffee shop SO RUDE? When they stand around and do nothing and you ask them for help after standing there for 5 minutes they tell you wait. There’s really no excuse for their rudeness and lack of caring. It’s like they answer to no one and act like they’re doing you a favor to wait on you.
Everything is expensive but the bad attitude is free.

Worst experience. One clerk stunningly rude to not only me but then chastised an older gentleman with yet the assistant store manager watching and her response when I reported it -+ "I watched the whole thing" but did nothing to stop it. Woke alive and well in Ocala Florida.

They had a lot of books and magazines but you couldn't sit down anywhere except two chairs. I like to sit down and analyze the books before I buy them. Their prices were high
