We’ve had many good experiences here. We raise Multi-poos so come a lot for the dewclaws, and shots. If anything the Vet is over-cautious which cannot really complain about. Big thumbs up.

First time here. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The doctor actually called after the surgery and made us feel at ease. Wouldn't hesitate recommending Baseline Animal Hospital.

Everyone there is very professional and compassionate to your situation. They always greet my due babies with a happy face and genuine concern to help with whatever your pet needs. Prices are reasonable that I've experienced so far.

They did get me right in as a new customer.however,the staff are all very blunt and cold.they take your animal in the back right away just to do simple vitals.my dog is diabetic, they told me to give him WAYY to much insulin,nearly killed him.wont be going back,maricamp animal hospital way better.

We had our Aussie spayed here. The staff was wonderful with her and she healed nicely. The staples have been removed and she is right as rain.

I had the pleasure of visiting this veterinarian hospital for the first time with my four pets, and I must say, the experience was fantastic! We were seen right on schedule, which is quite the rarity in my experience with vet offices and let’s not even talk about human doctor’s appointments, haha! The staff was wonderfully caring and attentive to my pets, making us feel immediately at ease. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all pet parents looking for reliable and warm veterinary care. They really go the extra mile!

Used to be great but we won't be back now. Ashley at the front desk is rude and argumentative and giving out incorrect medical and prescription information over the phone and making it impossible to get medication. The medication we did get isn't even the correct dose so it doesn't work. Instead of consulting the vet about our concerns, she said to search the Internet for advice. Worst staff member I've ever dealt with in the 14+ years I've been going there. Not going to deal with her and not going back there.
Update...had our new vet appointment today and turns out, there are several different options for dogs with dementia from medication to diet to mental stimulation activities. So Ashely, if you are going to pretend to be the vet and give out advice to Dr. Butch's patients, at least educate yourself on correct information instead of telling people there is nothing that can be done for doggie dementia. You are making his practice look really bad honey.

TERRIBLE!! Dr. Has absolutely NO CLUE how to administer a vaccine. He Jabbed the needle all the way in so hard in the wrong area way below the back of the neck and in the muscle where the shot was supposed to be given in the lose skin behind the neck. I was a Vet Tech since 1980. 30 years I worked In a Vet practice. This Vet knows absolutely nothing and hurt my little dog very bad where he screamed. Your not supposed to scream bloody murder, it should feel like a pinch if that. This Doctor must have gotten his license in a Craker Jack Box!! Stay far away from those place!! If I could leave zero stars I would!!!!

Tried to get an appointment today (Friday) for our 5# Maltese who vomited 7 times & had 8 diarrhea today, Explained everything to the person answering the phone & was told "the soonest appointment we have is Tuesday". Tried reasoning with her and got absolutely nowhere! At this rate, our furbaby could be dead by then!!! We called Maricamp Animal Hospital who were very nice and got us in within 2 hours of calling!
