Ileana was very helpful, patient and gave good advised on the products. She listened to my need and gave me EXACTLY what I asked for. She's also a good sales woman. Because of her, I bought more than what I went for but the deals were too good to pass up. Thanks Ileana, you're the best. Thank you for taking your time with my daughter and I. I have always loved the wallflower plug in scents for many many years. No more, no matter which scent I pick the scent Is barely noticeable for a day or two then nothing. The grocery store plug-ins are much better. I will no longer be buying these.

DO NOT FILL YOUR BOPIS ORDERS AT THIS STORE IF YOU DON'T FEEL LIKE GOING IN TO PICK THEM YOURSELF. They will let BOPIS sit all day, and they've hired TONS of seasonal workers who stand around doing nothing except staring at/greeting customers. They'll let foot shoppers grab up all the items during the sale, but then tell you they don't have a "designated" person to pick/fulfill orders for the ENTIRE DAY. Solution? If you want to come buy your things here, we'll cancel your BOPIS. Yet, if you used a coupon, it's gone. Skip Ocala. Shop Lady Lake or Gainesville. They care. Ocala has gone to shit.

Cashier was loud and rude to me as I took my purchase to her. I grabbed the wrong item for my free coupon. Speaking very loud and embarrassed me. Then while she was ringing up a customer she apparently saw me coming and yelled out loudly to make sure I had the right item. No. I don't like that. Do better. Not going back for a while. Smh.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE BATH & BODY WORKS!!! However, the person who helped me not so much. I placed a BOPIS, went to pick it up, and I noticed the bottles were smaller. Thank goodness I checked before I walked away and told her that these were not what I ordered. At the same time, she greeted another customer while not being done with my request. Just told me to go pick up the correct items and go to the counter to do the exchange. (Why should i have to go thru all that when they are the ones who got my order wrong.) And then went to help the other customer and basically brushed me off. The point being my pick-up order was not correct and should have been serviced correctly. How do you mistake 4 body scrubs for 4 travel size body creams?!?! Not very professional at ALL!!! Maybe get some professional reps for your store!!!
