I am extremely satisfied with the assistance that I got from the gentleman working in the store when I was in tonight. Very friendly, and rather knowledgeable. I observed him interacting with quite a few customers while I was figuring out what I needed to do, and was pleasantly surprised to see how well he interacted with everyone. He genuinely appeared to be interested in serving his customers professionally and with kindness. That is something that we are severely lacking in society these days. Well done, Tyler!

My phone hasn’t been able to hold a charge for days! I contacted Batteries plus to see if they could fix the charger and all he did was give it a good cleaning and my phone was back working!! Not even 10 minutes in the store! He was so nice! Thank you Zach!!

Smooth transaction but battery installer didn't understand that the negative battery cable must be disconnected whenever the positive cable is connected or disconnected. This eliminates any chance of shorting out the electrical system which could be a very expensive mistake on a modern automobile. Even after telling him how to properly connect a battery he just didn't get it.
Amazing how the stores response to my review didn't address my concern. Just a generac response. Maybe they will get it after they short out someones electrical system.

The price of the set of golf cart batteries was very good and the service both buying and returning for core charge was excellent.
