“Larry was an absolute life saver today! My vehicle wasn't starting in the same plaza as O'Reilly's. We were able to borrow a battery charger directly from the store and get the car started. We brought the vehicle over, Larry checked the battery, found it was the problem, and installed the new battery all while being extremely pleasant. He was able to make a really awful experience into a breeze. O'Reilly's on Silver Springs has such great customer service!!”
“I normally don’t leave reviews but it is beyond amazing to finally be able to have someone be able to explain everything in Spanish. It may not b a huge deal for others but for us Hispanics, sometimes it’s easier to have things explain everything in our first language. And that is beside the fact that they price match on top of having way better prices than others like Autozone!I !! “Can't say enough about Battery Source Ocala! After getting a jump start, I arrived at the store 5 minutes before closing. The young man stayed to diagnose my car (battery or alternator, or ?) and ended up putting a new battery in my car. The 'old' battery was only 2 1/2 years old and still under the pro-rated warranty. Had the young man not stayed to help me, I would have been stuck. So grateful for this young man's work ethic! He truly put the customer first.”
“Bill and his son are super courteous and truly know there stuff when it comes to repairing a golf cart. Bill used to work for EZGO and diagnosed the issue with my moms gold cart within minutes. He didn't charge us to look at the vehicle and could fix everything right in my moms driveway. I called numerous other golf cart repair places and they wanted to take the golf cart away for over a week and charged a flat fee to just look at it. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Bill and will use him again if needed.”
