I have had nothing but overwhelmingly positive experiences here! I have brought in my older Mercedes a number of times, and Daniel has always been extremely diligent, thoughtful and extremely Pleasant and professional to work with. I could not recommend any higher that if you have any issue with your European auto that you bring it to Bavarian import specialist. 11/10 they really go the extra mile!!!

I was traveling with my wife in my BMW 528i from Ft. Myers to Buffalo N.Y.after a conference and visit to friends. My car wouldn't start after stopping to gas up. I spent 10 hours dealing with AAA because they didn't know how to tow my car (the engine needs to be on to change gears into neutral). One service driver for AAA suggested Bavarian Import Specialist. The owner came and showed me how to manually shift into neutral in order to tow the car. I towed it to his shop. His kindness and genuine concern was refreshing. He changed my starter and had me on my way. I wish I could have brought him and his gracious wife back to N.Y. :)Service: Engine repair
