PNC bank in my experience is a great place to do your financial business. I've been using them for many years, the people are fantastic always been a pleasure whenever I have to go in. I definitely recommend them. Never had any problems.

I lost my debit card this weekend. I live in North Carolina spending the winter in Florida. I contact this branch in ocalo and was told to come by and they would make me a new card. Expecting the worse my experience was a strong 5 star. The gentleman had me in and out in 15 minutes with a new card. Thanks so much for helpLeslie andrews

I haven't really had any bad experience with the bank maybe at first I kept getting locked out of my account but it was for making sure nobody was frauding me.I don't know but my experiences were good so 5 stars to you

I’ve only encountered rude people at this location… yesterday my card was locked due to fraudulent activity but wait there wasn’t any, they locked it because it was reported lost/stolen which I did not do and they would not unlock it was given attitude then hung up on. Went to a branch in Tampa today and guess what they unlocked it for me and reassured me if any issues arise it will be taken care of.

When it was BBVA, I never had any issues and loved my bank; I walked in and everyone there knew me, I was greeted with smiles. Now that it is PNC Bank, I am getting charged with fees left and right. The customer service is truly awful - took months to get a new debit card and still have not received new checks. After almost 12 years with BBVA and such a wonderful experience with them I don’t know if I’ll be able to find a bank that can match that experience. PNC has been the worst banking experience of my life, I would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Very rude employees, specially old white lady with a black SUV who was very annoyed with our presence. She looked at us and ignored us. She said it was too early and kept walking away when we asked what time they were opening. I wouldn’t even bother thinking about opening an account there. We just moved here from Georgia and it was a very unwelcoming experience in Ocala.

The worst experience I've ever had banking.they didn't want to cash their own check and would not say why..lady beside me was having trouble with her account and they didn't give her a decent excuse.we both left confused and I will not return nor except them checks again....

Been sitting in the drive thru for over 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me... about to take a nap.. I'll be glad when I'm done with this bank... grrrrr...edit update. 5 month's later and it's still terrible

BBVA is the poster child of bait & Switch money market predictors. My rate on a quarter million dollars month was $80. They baited us w 2%, then reduced almost 2ce a week. Go back to Spain r Venezuela. Moving account within 5 days. If u want predator handling of your money, you will be in Extacy @BBVA, Maricamp branch
