Will help you as much as any one person can help over the phone. These new machines aren’t made for anybody but trained techs to work on, but he will do his absolute best.

Unfortunately I’ve had my mower in the shop for over 3 weeks this is twice that it’s taken so long and the service department gets mad 😡 and if you call about the repair half the time they tell the receptionist to tell you that they are not available so they won’t even take your phone calls don’t even want you in their office pretty sad used to not be that way there

Dont know the guy name but he is great you can walk in there with part and he knows the part number before anyone look it up just from memory it's amazing you better hold to this guy all staff is very helpful and refer alot other people to you store
