It was OK. Staffing was kinda light, so it was hard to get questions answered, but that may have because it was about an hour from closing time. And stock for product was very low. I was a bit disappointed, I must say.

For one, there are a lot of associates , but you have to find one that specializes in the merchandise you interested in purchasing.

I went to Best Buy today because I couldn't get my Chromebook to change back to light mode. I tried everything I googled online. I went to the library for help. Even though I had to travel from Dunnellon, I wanted the problem solved. When I got to Best Buy a few folks were sitting waiting for the Geek Squad and a couple of people were waiting in line. When I was called; less than 15 minutes BTW, Jose V asked how he could help me. I told him I couldn't get my Chromebook back to light mode, I don't want to see any colors all over the place (earlier.in the day I was typing something, missed a key and everything went dark mode. I have no clue what I did). He said, "I can take care of that right now." He took my Chromebook, pressed a few keys for a few minutes and presto, light mode. Now some of you may think this was so simple. Maybe it was; for Jose V, but not for me. Thanks Jose. I'm so happy. You just don't know.

Ina department manager & Eddie store sales person were outstanding in helping me solve a product issue with my TV.
I would highly recommend this store because of the care & competence of employees like Ina & Eddie.

The phone guys here are amazing.... Drew, Keyshawn, Gio...and Geek Squad Shay (Bobby) always keepe coming back because they are kind helpful and really give BestBuy a good name.

Bought a 77in Samsung OLED TV January 24
Tv stopped working February 2025
Diagnosed screen went out and a 1600$ fix on a $2,200 tv. Geek squad recommended just buying a new tv. I will not be buying another Samsung nor will i ever do business with Best Buy again.
