If I could give zero stars I would .. Old manger went through this place and very very slow. Got my w2 17 days late cuz mrs Heflin could not do her job correctly called her 3 times befor I actually decided to show up and it’s not the first time complaining she even messed up my checks a few times. Please stay away from this place not worth the aggravation

This is the worst place I have experienced getting taxes done. Waited over a week after dropping off my info. Then told me they couldn’t find my paperwork W2s and Financial info I gave them and it must be under something! Actually asked if I was sure I was at the correct office! Finally found it after I did a complaint to their corporate office. Which they weren’t happy about. Wasted 9 days and they didn’t even start anything. I got my financials back and going somewhere else. Beyond disorganized and couldn’t find personal information didn’t really care that it was missing. Unreal
