My mother was having a problem with the phone that I purchased for her. She went to this Boost store. They went above and beyond to take care of her. I think more companies should have this work ethic and professionalism. I would like to thank Dee, Torii and Kaelynn (I hope I got the names correct). Thank you so much for helping my mother. A lot of places try to take advantage of the elderly now days.

Of all the satisfaction of being with boost mobile. On and off for years back to 2009. Only 1 complaint. Merchant locations, independent merchants that they are, have developed some sort of mental decline since the Advent of "Boost Infinity", no need to hide your fears in the corporate growth of your business.
But what you will be required to do is make the customers feel valued. You sold a sim that we were told to replace, as it was expired. Then you worked to charge her for getting her up and running. I informed you that I can handle it.
You said. Here we do nothing for free and pointed to the corporate support for activation.
Okay, so you are displaying a very poor attitude with me. Why? Because I am not your customer? You seem to believe that I am a "Infinity" customer bothering you in your "Mobile" location.
Well as I informed you, Boost is Boost. I even had to trade back the infinity app, for the mobile app I just removed.
Your attitude is an abomination. You have no right to discount me as a customer. Your parents Love me, and you the petulant child throw a fit for no reason.
I'm not finished dealing with corporate on their upcoming corporate cleaning.

Went in today to get some information on my phone bill because I am having a difficult time with my health but the representative named Tori was extremely helpful and polite . I told her how I've been having a difficult time holding my device and seen this stand in store that could really help me out and she went above and beyond to see what she could do to help me . And it was a blessing that she could help me. I wouldn't dare go to another boost mobile .
