My 76 year old Grandmother walked in their on the 30th of March and wanted to upgrade her phone. They sold her a defective Motorola G that doesn’t work And she went back to exchange or return that phone and they said no. Even though when she first got it they said she has 7 days to return.And only 2 day went by she went to return it and the said nope we won’t do it. Just because they don’t feel like it. Never do business with these people. I tried calling customer service and they said you have to talk to the store and they can’t do anything. So they just let these people rob and take advantage of elderly people.

The girl in the store was excellent with customers but as far as the company they are losing a customer due to got a new phone and don't have half of the service been dealing with this for a week and still have a boat anchor at home so it's time to change companies

Bought a new phone and it is defective after 12 days and they won’t return it. Terrible customer service! I would never buy from boost again!!! Don’t shop at any boost stores they will not help you!!!!! They only get 1 star because I can’t do zero?

We stopped in to pick out a new phone for my husband after his to a dive. Rachel checked out what we were eligible for with our account. She was super friendly, and rolled along with our own banter as well. She helped get my husband setup with the phone he wanted. While we waited, she answered my questions about finding a great lunch spot. which we took her advice and enjoyed a delicious lunch. Thanks, Rachel!!
